I'm a Los Angeles based Art Director with a passion for typography, brand development, the music industry and killer concepts. Moving around as a child influenced my life and creative personality. A nomad, I've been called, because travel is quite important to me. From a child in New Zealand to a teenager in Florida, I'm always influenced by the unique design, music and culture found by the coast. As both an Advertising and Graphic Design major at Loyola New Orleans, I was surrounded by some of the most influential music-makers in the country. I grew tremendously as a designer in that city and it will always be close to my heart. My years on Madison Avenue was a different learning experience, and one that opened my eyes to commercial clients and high-profile campaigns. But California was calling, so from there I booked it to Los Angeles to work in branding, motion graphics and advertising.
Now I'm able to balance a professional career in the field that I love, while still finding time to explore the outdoors and help curate yesyesyall.org. I've been lucky enough to be featured in several publications such as Print Magazine and Communication Arts Typography Annual, and honored to win some awards for my most recent work in the transportation industry. I'm always looking for new projects and collaborators, so please reach out about new projects.
