Shift4 CEO Jared Isaacman wanted to launch his newly acquired company, Shift4 and its brand new sister company, Shift4Shop. We worked with Jared and secured four seats on SpaceX’s Dragon spacecraft in what would be the first all-civilian mission to orbit the earth. As an accomplished pilot, Jared would command the crew himself, but the other three seats would be up for grabs in a nationwide contest that would ignite an unprecedented fundraising effort for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The TV spot kicked off an integrated campaign across digital and social. We helped raise nearly $250 million dollars.

I led the charge to brand the mission and all its collateral, from the mission patch, website design to social posts. The branding work stretched across all collateral for Shift4 and Shift4Shop.

Super Bowl Ad: Join The First All-Civilian Space Mission | Inspiration4

Inspiration4 was a spaceflight trip in 2021, operated by SpaceX on behalf of Shift4 Payments CEO Jared Isaacman.

We created the North Star guiding ethos for the entire mission, which was “How far can inspiration take you?” We branded the mission’s purpose according to four aspirational pillars of human achievement: hope, prosperity, leadership, and generosity. As a result, each crew member chosen would embody one of the four pillars.

Arnold Worldwide approached IAAH to capture a genuine look for the Jack Daniels brand book. Owner Ness Higson and I worked together to create a custom book design. We utilized woodblock typography and lettering, and textures with modern techniques to create a timeless design.

The Boys

Branding and news graphics for the fake news show “Seven On Seven With Cameron Coleman”. The branding lead to other graphic treatments for the new season including most of the fake networks channel logos such as Vought+, VSPN and Vought Soul.

Arlington’s Car-Free Diet

We modernized the messaging to reflect current health trends and we used an illustrative style to highlight the community-driven nature of Arlington, Virginia. We developed relatable characters based on ridership data. The campaign brought targeted awareness to Arlington’s transportation options with outdoor, print and digital marketing.

Turner Classic Movies

Women Make Film – Toolkit

I delivered tune ins, a toolkit and a promo to the network Turner Classic Movies.
The promo kicked off a three month festival celebrating 100 women filmmakers. The festival was also encapsulated in a Mark Cousins’ epic documentary. Tilda Swinton, Jane Fonda, Thandie Newton and many other key figures discuss the themes and work of these celebrated women in film that are often overlooked, and largely unknown. For 13 decades and on all six continents, thousands of women have been directing film, and TCM celebrated these accomplishments
for an entire month.

ADC Young Guns 9

Branding, winner’s book, award and marketing materials for The Art Director’s Club NY Young Guns 9 Competition. The work was featured in Communication Arts Typography Annual.

Discover NAD

The online science journal DiscoverNAD wanted to feel modern and approachable with their new logo. We incorporated the complex and abbreviated molecule into the lettering to create a custom mark.
